Winner Announced: The Kindle Fire!

So, this is it!  I’ve been running this promotion for awhile and it’s time to end it with a winner, who I’ve chosen randomly through the help of random.org.  It’s the fairest, most unbiased way to do it.  You type in the number of people who entered, whose names I have in a spreadsheet, and whatever number that comes up associated with that name wins.  That simple.

It’s been a great year.  Many of you have supported me from the start with “Fifth Avenue” straight on up through to “Running of the Bulls,” “The Bullied Series” and currently with “From Manhattan with Love,” which as of today, is thisclose to hitting the Top 100.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your letters to me, your enthusiasm and your patience.  “Park Avenue” is coming.  Leana is in one ridiculous mess.  I can’t wait for you to meet Pepper Redman, who I think you’ll love to hate.  Spocatti and Carmen are back.  So is Mario, Michael and George.  And Marty and Jennifer.  And then there’s the story itself, which blows up the Redman family in more ways than one.  I’m making sure it’s the best book it can be before I release it to all of you.  It can’t disappoint.

And other books are coming.  When I get stuck on “Park Avenue,” I turn to “A Rush to Violence,” so there’s no pause in writing.  I’m really digging that book, which is half finished, as “Park Avenue” is.  It’s probably the most intense book I’ve written.
